Products are only subject to complaint in the event of a defective product. In accordance with the law, all products offered in the warehouse are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects of the purchased product. The entire procedure of asserting rights under the guarantee is carried out on the terms resulting from the relevant provisions of the Civil Code. If it happens that upon receipt of the goods there will be factory defects in it, or it will be mechanically damaged during delivery, the buyer is obliged to immediately inform the seller and, if it is impossible to repair it on the spot, send the purchased goods to the company’s representative office. The shipment should be accompanied by a description of the defect and a description of the location of the defect. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation or use of the product contrary to its intended use. The invoice, which is the only basis for the warranty, is available in the user panel. kamlegit.com has 14 days to make a decision and inform the Buyer about the method of settling the complaint.

The message also includes a link that will allow you to make a payment should you encounter any difficulties. After making the payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the payment has been credited. kamlegit.com will receive an appropriate notification from the Tpay.com system that the payment has been made by the Customer.
